While we are not taking beginners at this time, we encourage interested beginners to contact us for information about arranging to observe Kyudo in future.  Email queries can be sent to info@westofscotlandkyudo.org.

Practices are held most Sundays from 11:00am to 2:30pm at Prestwick Academy.

Beginners and people interested in Kyudo

While we are not taking beginners at this time, we encourage interested beginners to contact us for information about arranging to observe Kyudo in future.  Email queries can be sent to info@westofscotlandkyudo.org.

We request for beginners to first contact us by email to arrange a time to observe a practice before the next beginners intake and discuss Kyudo. All beginners must have arranged and been to observe a practice before starting to learn Kyudo with the Society. Our beginner intakes are usually in September and January.

Manchester practices
In addition to practising in Prestwick and Blackburn, members of the West of Scotland Kyudo Society will occasionally travel to Manchester for additional training and instruction from our instructor, Malcolm Bagnall, 6th dan Renshi, of the Manchester Kyudo Group. Dates for travel to Manchester are marked on the schedule and are usually on Saturdays from 8:30am – 12:00pm.
